Sápmi -Lapland in sami language- is the name of the continental european arctic territory. Sápmi spreads and shares itself over 4 countries : Norway, Sweden, Finland and Russia. I travel there regularly, I patiently picture it, in the cities, the forests, the fjords, the tundra. I sample its shapes, and sometimes I meet the revelations of the impassive cohabitation between arctic elements and human presence. Work in progress
